1.1 Binding Agreement

These Terms & Conditions are published in English. In the event of any translation being made available for convenience, the English-language version shall prevail in all matters of interpretation, dispute resolution, or legal proceedings.

2.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold one active vd999 account at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where vd999 identifies that a player holds more than one account, all duplicate accounts will be closed immediately and any balances (including bonus funds and pending withdrawals) associated with duplicate accounts are subject to forfeiture.

2.3 Account Security and Credentials

2.4 Account Verification (KYC)

3.6 Dormant Account Balances

4.5 Promotional Offers

7.1 Voluntary Closure by the Player

7.4 Effect of Closure on Balances

Where an account is closed voluntarily by the player and no breach of these terms has occurred, any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable processing period, subject to completed KYC verification.

Where an account is closed by vd999 as a result of a breach of these terms — including but not limited to multiple account creation, fraudulent transactions, collusion, or bonus abuse — vd999 reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance, including both real-money funds and bonus funds, without obligation to return any amount to the player.

7.5 Data Retention After Closure

Following the closure of a vd999 account, player data will be retained in accordance with the vd999 Privacy Policy and applicable data protection obligations. Retention of records is necessary for fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the resolution of any disputes arising after account closure.

8.1 Platform Availability

8.3 Third-Party Game Providers

8.5 Maximum Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vd999's total aggregate liability to any individual player in connection with any claim arising from these terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.6 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless vd999 and its officers, employees, agents, and service providers from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your breach of these Terms & Conditions; (b) your use of the vd999 platform in violation of any applicable law or regulation; (c) any false or misleading information provided by you during registration or at any subsequent point; or (d) any third-party claim arising from your conduct on the platform.

8.7 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or your use of the vd999 platform shall be resolved in the first instance through vd999's internal dispute resolution process. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent of the severed clause.

8.9 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the vd999 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and vd999 with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior representations, arrangements, understandings, and agreements between the parties relating to the subject matter hereof.
